Final declaration has been read after the meeting conducted in 2 days as 4 meeting. The final declaration has been read by Mullah Abdussamed Yalçın in Kurdish, by Suat Yaşasın in Turkish and by Mullah Remzi Uçar in Arabic.

In the final declaration, emphasized that it is continuation of the first scholar meeting and second declaration step. Reported that two topics have been held in the meeting which first was about the “Ummah and scholar”, second was about “Kurdish issue and its solution offers”.

Following statement took place in the declaration:

Final declaration of 2nd Kurdistan Scholar Meeting

In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful [Bismillahirrahmanirrahim]

Praise the Allah, Creator of universe, peace and blessing upon Allah’s Messenger

It has demonstrated that Kurdish issue can’t be dealt independently from the dimension of Ummah when Ulema of Kurdistan discussed their duties, their responsibilities and what they can do for Kurd/Kurdistan issue in the dimension of Ummah. Those determinations have revealed after the speech of participants in 2nd Kurdistan Scholar Meeting which continued for 2 days:

1 - Kurdistan Scholar Meeting; Exhibits a resolute stance within possibilities of necessary efforts for the peace and salvation of Islamic world, mainly including Kurdistan geography.

2 – This formation; need to be conduce towards of scholars to meet each other, socialize, and help each other as an ultimate goal. Steps on this goal need to be taken without delaying.

3 - This meeting is purposing to turn into a meeting organ of people who have same ideas, same purpose and same goals rather than sharing ideas.

4 – This decree; Need to be an organization that express opinion for the solution of all Kurdish problems and issues, put effort forward for necessary actions.

5 – This organization; Need to put concrete prescriptions forward for the elimination of Kurdistan’s three major problems, poverty, ignorance and conflict.

6 – Kurdistan Scholars Meeting; Must take lead and necessary efforts to ameliorate of their communities with the awareness that Kurdistan geography is a part of Islamic Ummah.

7- Scholar’s meeting; Need to attempt for the construction of Islamic brotherhood in all Islamic world, mainly in the Kurdistan geography.

8 – This decree; Must spread true Islamic thought based on practice and put measures forward against atheism, tribalism, sectarianism and takfirism [who declare someone unbeliever] which Kurdistan and Islamic world are dragging in.

9 – This formation; Must involve in injustice events that experiencing mainly in Kurdistan and be voice of oppressed people. However they should effort to find solution for the innocency experiencing in Islamic world within the bounds of possibilities.

10 – This togetherness; Must put their solution forward with discourses and actions away from violence against the atrocity experiencing in Islamic world and in Kurdistan.

11 – Kurdistan Scholars Meeting; Must put necessary solution to raise a devout generation against social subversion, should initiate an intensive study for this purpose.

12 – This effort of scholars; Must work for to improve of woman and put out the Muslim woman profile against imperialists, dragging society to mischief on the subversion of woman.

13 – Kurdistan Scholar Meeting; Must contact intensive dialog with scholars and communities in Islamic world in order to socialize.

14 – This decree; Emphasize the need of dialog and relationship between madrasahs in Kurdistan to be improved, make a common syllabus and to make amelioration, necessary steps should be taken urgently on this issue.

15 – Kurdistan Scholars Meeting; Request from all participants to produce solution of what need to be done in short, medium and long terms in order more concrete steps to be taken.

16 – Decision has been made that this organization will be done as usual every year in October. Support of all our participants should continue for this organization.

17 – A commission was deemed appropriately to be establish to turn this meeting into permanent organization and to follow-up the decisions was taken.
