Conducting evaluations to ILKHA due to the 15th July coup attempt that supported by US, Ceylanpinar municipality mayor Menderes Atilla, quoting the confession of a PKK militant caught on the border, says that if the coup attempt was successful, PYD would attack to Turkey from the border.

Indicating that PKK led preparations from Iraqi border of Turkey to Hatay border, Atilla say sif the coup attempt was successful, then PKK militants on the border would attack to Turkey.

Indicating that 15th July coup attempt is big treason, Atilla indicated that coup period was closed in Turkey now and people do not accept coups anymore.

 “PYD-FETO terror groups are connected to each other’s”

Quoting the confessions of a PKK militant was arrested after the coup attempt, Atilla says: “Our security forces caught a terrorist after the coup attempt. He is citizen of Turkey but he has been into PKK/PYD since 20 months. In his statement, he says ‘We surrounded the border of Turkey from Iraqi border of Turkey to Hatay border with heavy weapons, if the coup attempt was successful we would come to Ceylanpinar and especially except the military forces led the coup we would kill police, soldiers and civilians.’ Can you imagine? This shows that FETO-PYD terror organizations are connected with each other’s. These are statements of a terrorist that was caught. The terrorist was arrested and sent to jail after the court.”

 “The main reason of the coup was to drag Turkey into a domestic war”

Commenting on the reason of the coup attempt as it was to drag Turkey to a domestic war, Atilla, says: “Even if the terrorist was caught didn’t confess it, the main actor of this coup attempt is FETO. But their lower units are PKK and all the traitors in Turkey. I think they wanted to say: ‘Let’s make a coup over Erdogan and after this we can take each other’s accounts domestically.’ Anyway the main reason of the coup was to drag Turkey to a domestic war. The reasons behind the coup attempt are: Republic of Turkey to be dragged including the citizens, pılled back and to be depended on Europeans.
