The Village Headman of Bahcebasi neighbourhood of Yesilli town of Mardin, Mehmet Acu, was executed savagely. According to information received, yesterday his family reported to Police due to not receiving any news since 5 pm. After examination Mehmet Acu’s car was found burned in old Savur way’s Hop pass. It was stated that Mehmet Acu was found in car sorely burned and murdered.

After first crime scene investigation car was brough to town gendarmerie station. The burned away body of Mehmet Acu was sent to Mardin State Hospital’s mortuary. It was seen that “PKK YG” caption was typed by spray paint. After the murder was heard the relatives of Mehmet Acu rushed into hospital. After autopsy and DNA test, the body will be given to the family.

It was expected that the body of Acu will be buried in the grave of his neighbourhood.
